The PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation for the Advancement of Public Health (COF) offers Family Membership Scholarships to members of the Commissioned Officers Association.
The RDML Helena O. Mishoe Diversity “Believe” Scholarship was established to encourage and to support the career dreams of high school seniors. In 2024, this scholarship became part of the Family Member Scholarship program.
The RADM Michael Fellowship provides funding for continuing education of junior officers serving in the USPHS Commissioned Corps. This funding opportunity is currently limited to the programs listed.
