How to Donate
Through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), designate the PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation as the recipient of your support using CFC code 42884.
Include a bequest to the PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation in your will or trust.
- Make your bequest unrestricted or direct it to a specific purpose.
- Indicate a specific amount or a percentage of the balance remaining in your estate or trust.
